Crown / Bridge Temporaries Instructions:

Your tooth has been prepared for a crown and a temporary has been placed to protect your tooth.
1) Avoid sticky foods, as the temporary might
come off.
2) Keep the temporary clean by brushing and
rinsing the area with warm salt water.
3) If the temporary does come off, please return
to our office as quickly as possible for re-cementation.
4) If you are unable to get to our office, please
place Vaseline in temporary and put back on
your tooth to prevent sensitivity.
5) Slight sensitivity is normal and, if needed,
over-the-counter pain relief medications can
be taken, i.e.; aspirin or Tylenol.
6) If pain is severe, return to our office as quickly
as possible.
